Preliminary Schedule

The following table provides a draft schedule of the conference programme. Please note that changes and more details, such as presentation and poster guidelines, will be added on the fly.

According to the current planning, arrival and registration will take place on Monday, 3rd of June from 4 pm to 9 pm. The welcome reception will begin at 7 pm.

The actual workshop starts on Tuesday with the usual programme, i.e. oral presentations. The poster session will take place Wednesday in the afternoon. Posters will be displayed in the meeting room and its lobby, as well as in the walkways.

Lunch will be served as an imbiss in the lobby of the meeting room. It is planned to have the conference dinner on a boat cruising on the river Rhine. A bus transfer from DLR to the landing place will be organized. Boat tour and dinner will take place after closing the workshop on Thursday.

An optional tour through DLR-campus and ESA's European Astronaut Training Center (EAC) will be offered on Friday.
